Our agents will put together a marketing plan to reach as many people as fast possible. We will reach out to current buyers, other agents, and industry contacts to locate potential buyers. Also, we will begin a social media heavy campaign to get the word out to as many people as we can. We’ll leverage other unique approaches to create a swell of interest. Our campaigns reach as many as 10,000 people a day.
You will receive weekly updates as to the progress of your listing: How many people have visited? What was their feedback? We use this information to make updates and changes to the marketing plan. The goal is not only to sell your house quickly and at the price you want, but to keep a constant flow of communication.
Your agent will handle the negotiations on your behalf. We will work with the buyer’s agent to ensure that all timelines are met promptly so as not to delay the closing date. Once again, communication is absolutely key. We’ll see you at the closing table!
